This is an eleven (11) song CD. It kicks off with "A Song
for Andrea" with male vocal, then a nice tune "The Letter" which
is another male vocal song. Actually the first six cuts turn out
to be all male vocals.
The title track "Start Again" is next, with a strong effort
titled "My Prayer" that is a heart felt cut. Then follows "Walk
the Streets." The music on this album is a meld of pop,
inspirational, country and country gospel, as well some Southern
gospel.
The sixth tune is "Simon's Song" and it leads to the female
aspect or side of the CD. See, the songs from number 7 to 11 have
the female lead. On "Little One" we get good singing delivery.
"We Will Believe" and "Come Ye" showcase a promising voice. The
tenth track is called "He's Alive." More good lyrics and vocals.
The album closes with "The Day." There is something for
almost everybody on the CD...male lead vocals, female leads and a
variety of music influences. One thing that was lacking was a
duet. This would have been perfect. A cover of a nice love song
would help promote and publicize an album. And there are plenty
of Christian love and couple songs around that could be done too.
