Stevie Salas, live at the Viper Room, rockin out with his custom Vaccaro Comet!  The Comet is an exclusive artist model, only 4 of these exist at this time.  Stevie's is an Evel Knievl design, Lenny Kravitz has an "American Woman" model, which he played on the recent American Music Awards, and Kid Rock has a "Vertical American Flag", and a "Confederate Flag" !  (See it on Kid's page on this site!)

Then look no further that this baby from Vaccaro. The V2 Generator X is one of a series of instruments from Vaccaro with a patented aluminum reinforced neck. Armed with two single coil pickups and one humbucking pickup, this guitar was a serious rock and roll monster. Big, tough, biting sound combined with a nice playing guitar. Forget what you think you know about aluminum necks, this baby plays sweet. I liked this color called "Deja Blue", but all the Vaccaro colors were alive and vibrant. Definitely aimed at the Strat fan, this guitar does Strats one better. At $699.95 this instrument is a real contender for the limited budget working/gigging amateur or professional. Couple this destroyer with a Marshall amp and you're ready to take people's heads off. I got to look into getting me one of these. More, more, more.....

There were some major rockers hanging at Vaccaro NAMM booth in L.A.  Stevie Salas, Blues Saraceno, Peter Distefano,   DOPE,  James Baker, producer Ira Schick,  and Quinten Berry, all spent their time hangin at the hippest booth at the show.  Who can blame them?
