I had (accidently) purchased something called CD Stomper (one of your competitors). Not
only was the program garbage but the insert media wasn't even die-cut properly to fit the
jewel cases. The program wasn't even a true windows program and was full of bugs. Why
other companies are offering package for sale is beyond me. Buyer Beware!!!! I have made
it my goal to tell as many people as I can about your product. I am a NEATO user for life!! I plan on using your program and materials to
distribute independent audio CD releases. I tried other CD label companies, but I always come
back to NEATO... WOW! A response almost before I got my finger off the send key. A free
upgrade to the current software. Instructions and a wish of good will. I have always liked the product, but customer service has taken the lead!

We can't say enough good things about it." I plan on using you guys for a long time! This product is super neat, guys... You've got my vote for cool tool of the year. This is how it goes... I needed some labels, first I bought a memorex Kit
and the labels failed in a b/w laser printer. They curled up. When I tried color, forget
it. The labels melted completely in the printer, damaging it. I went out again and tried
smart and friendly labels. They failed me too. I said "let me try one more time
with NEATO products" - They work like a charm, no curling
or melting. Clean and perfect, Thats why I recommend NEATO to anyone.
