The operating expenses you will incur during the first 3 months of store operation are estimated to be between $45,000 and $50,000. This includes wages and fringe benefits paid to employees, insurance premiums, rent, advertising, taxes, office supplies, paper and cleaning supplies, and interest payments on any business loans. Many of our Franchise owners obtain financing for their businesses by providing 25% to 30% of the total capital and arrange a business loan from a local bank for the balance.
