Customer is responsible for shipping and handling, as well as COD charges. We charge $25.00 for all returned NSF checks. Caribbean Rhythms offers a money back guarantee on all of its drums and percussion. In order to receive a refund from Caribbean Rhythms, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Caribbean Rhythms offers this guarantee to insure accurate representation of its products. We do not offer this guarantee on whether or not the retailer is able to sell these products within a specified period of time. Any and all other returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped and all returns must have a return authorization number issued or product will not be accepted. Caribbean Rhythms warranties its drums and percussion instruments on the construction of the wood and the rims only. We do not warranty the skins on any of our instruments unless the product is received damaged. We will replace the instrument free of charge upon receipt of the original instrument and the determination that the instrument was in no way abused by the receiver. Caribbean Rhythms does not warranty its tambourines, tiriandas, gourd instruments, guira, plena drums, claves, canoitas, or guitars, past the receipt and inspection of the instrument. Caribbean Rhythms only warranties the jungle congas, tambora, bongos, and batas for one year from the date of customers purchase. For warranty to be validated, it must accompany a receipt from the store in which it was purchased. Caribbean Rhythms warranties its super-colossal, colossal, and guira pequena for life, unless it is determined that the guira has been severely abused. Again the guira must be returned with a receipt from the store in which it was purchased. While our intent is to only provide the highest quality products at the best price, Caribbean Rhythms needs to outline its policies in order to assure that no one takes advantage of our intent to do good business because of situations in which Caribbean Rhythms has no control. All items are shipped UPS groundtrac unless other arrangements are made, and all items are packed well and insured against damage.
